Todo mi pedido llegó muy bien empacado y el prensatelas se ve de buena calidad. Consta de dos piezas, la metálica que se ve fuerte y la plástica. Esta última tiene un brazo de acrílico grueso que se ve durable, sin embargo la sección graduada se ve delgada y un poco frágil. Habrá que ver cuanto resiste con el uso. Excelente comunicación con el vendedor, magnífico servicio al cliente, lo recomiendo mucho.
